Return & Exchange Policy
In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact our friendly customer service team at aqua.dream02@gmail.com. We will perform the refund verification process and the product return process. All the return requests will be subject to verification and approval from Aqua Dream.
There are two (2) different types of returns, that is “7 days unconditional return” and “Faulty Return Policy”. For more details, please refer to the relevant Return Policy below. Kindly note that Aqua Dream does not accept unverified package returns. Any item returned without approval from Aqua Dream will not be accepted, refunded or returned to the sender.
7 days Unconditional Return policy
If you have changed your mind about a recent purchase or feel the product is not suitable, please email us as soon as possible at aqua.dream02@gmail.com and our helpful customer service team will assist you.
Important note:

The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date. We will send you a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Please include a photo of the following with this return request: Aqua Dream packaging + Consignment note + product.

The return item(s) must be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days upon Aqua Dream approval of your request.

Returned item(s) MUST be in their original purchase condition where the packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked and not damaged in any way.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.

Any item(s) purchased from Aqua Dream, Clearance Sales, or promotional campaign (such as Anniversary Sale, or Double Day, subject to campaign T&C) are not eligible for return and exchange.

Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by Aqua Dream.

The customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. Aqua Dream will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product until it has been received by Aqua Dream.

The customers are advised to pack returned items properly to avoid damage to the item, shipping box or its original packaging.

For refunds, you will be receive the full value of the coupon, excluding the shipping fee and voucher used.

Any item returned without approval from Aqua Dream will not be accepted, refunded or returned to the sender.

Please be advised that Aqua Dream tracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.
Faulty Return Policy
Returns and exchanges can be arranged for the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered.
Please let us know immediately at aqua.dream02@gmail.com if the above situation happens to the package you received, so that we can solve the problem for you as soon as possible!

If we are unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other causes, we will proceed to refund your item.

For refunds, you will be credited with the full value of the product, excluding any voucher(s) used.
