A: Aqua Dream accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only.
There are a few Payment methods available for you to shop Online with us!

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

· We strive to deliver within the agreed-upon time frame when you check out. In most cases, you can expect to receive your item within 1-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 working days for your package to arrive during peak periods. We cannot, however, promise that all orders will be delivered within the time range specified.
· Our goal is to have your things dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse, with the exception of some circumstances that are unfortunately beyond our control, such as courier service delays, emergencies, or items that are out of stock.

· J&T Express will handle and deliver all parcels. You may click J&T Express Tracking to track your order status.

Q: Can I change the delivery address for a paid order?

A: Once the order has been confirm, you are not allow to make any changes of delivery address.

Q: What if my order item out of stock?

Accepted Answer

A: The availability of item is subject to the cases of overbuying. Sometimes there will be unavailability of some items. If your order item out of stock, we will cancel and refund the item amount to your E-wallet or bank account (upon request).

Q: If I choose the wrong item, can I undo my selection?"

· If you haven't checked out, click the cart icon in the upper right corner, then click the "Delete" button.
 
· However, if you have completed your cart and made payment, you cannot make any changes.

Q: Can I cancel my order after I made the purchase?

· Once your order is complete and payment has been processed, no further changes can be made.
· Therefore, Aqua Dream would like to advice all customers to choose your items carefully before payment.

Q: How can I return my purchase?

In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact our friendly customer service team through email: aqua.dream02@gmail.com. We will perform the refund verification process and product return process. All the return requests will be subject to verification and approval from Aqua Dream. Kindly note that Aqua Dream does not accept unverified package returns. Any item returned without approval from Aqua Dream will not be accepted, refunded or returned to the sender.

· A single photo: Aqua Dream packaging + Consignment note + product(s)
